No Returns After Opening
Due to the nature of cosmetics and personal care products, any item that has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged, for health and safety reasons.
Returns in Case of Defect or Error
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, or if you receive the wrong item (different from the invoice), you may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Conditions

The product must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
Timeframe
Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed to the same payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the full shipping cost.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
